FCV10K EXTRA FINE CONTROL NEEDLE VALVE
This needle valve is suitable for accurately controlled gas admission in the range 10- 3 to 10- 6 mbar / 2 x 10-3 - 8 x 10-7 Torr. It is fitted with a 20- turn ‘counting dial’ control knob to allow repeatable flow rates to be set when required. Linear actuation of the needle within the orifice results in a high degree of control with prolonged needle and orifice life. The FCV10K is suitable for pipeline or panel mounting. We recommend the use of an in-line filter on the inlet side of the valve to prevent damage to the valve by dust or grit. |
